She had long brown hair and brown eyes and seemed to be very trashy in the way she dressed.
Personality
While Vicki is quite comfortable and playful with her brother, Matt, she clearly has low self-esteem and doesn't seem to think she's deserving of being in a caring relationship with someone. She is of the opinion that all men want her for is sex.
History
Vicki was the 18-year-old sister of Matt and had a job waitressing at the Mystic Grill. She attracts the attention of both Jeremy Gilbert and Tyler Lockwood and she is an ocassional drug abuser. When Damon attacks her and her friends in the cemetery in the episode 'Lost Girls', she manages to cling to life and he brings her home with him, as he cannot go outside during daylight hours due to Stefan taking his ring. They get on really well, feeding off one another, and she confesses her woes to him and saying that she has low esteem issues he thinks death would be a solution and snaps her neck triggering her transformation into a vampire.
Later when Stefan is shot by Logan Fell, Damon savagely attacks him and she feeds on him, completing her transformation. In 'Haunted', she finds it difficult to adjust to her new life and the desire for human blood becomes too much when she bites Jeremy on the lip, causing it to bleed. Her vampiric instincts kick in an she attacks Elena, who tries to help Jeremy, and is staked by Stefan. Damon tells Elena that he will dispose of the body.
In 'Let the Right One In', Caroline heads out in the stormy weather to her father's boyfriend's daughter's birthday party but gets lost. While trying to get a signal on her cell phone she slips down the side of a hill near a waterfall and discovers the rotting hand of a corpse buried in the mud. The coroner determines that it's Vicki's body.

Relationships
Matt Donovan
Matt is Vicki's younger brother, and he seems to care for her a great deal, staying by her side in the hospital while she recovers from her attack,[3] rushing to find her when she goes missing on a couple of occasions, and heading straight for the Gilbert house to help her when he learns that she's in trouble.[4]
Vicki tells Damon Salvatore that their mother is never around and that they never knew their father, suggesting that the siblings are all each other really has in the way of family worth depending on, and that Matt is really the only person who cares enough to look out for her.[5] Vicki was very playful with him after Stefan Salvatore erased her memories in the hospital, throwing an unopened pot of jello at him to wake him up, and having a comfortable conversation with him. Vicki also calls him 'Matty' in a dream[6] and again a few episodes later when she's distressed, suggesting a familiarity and comfort between the pair. However, during the time she spends with Damon there is a suggestion that Vicki resents Matt on some level for being the successful 'golden boy' who is set to go to college on a football scholarship, while she sees nothing in her own future.[7]
Jeremy Gilbert
A shared interest in sex and drugs caused Jeremy and Vicki to get together during the summer, but now she seems to be avoiding him as much as possible, much to Jeremy's despair. In 'Haunted' they kiss in the school parking lot but Vicki bites into his lip, causing it to bleed, and her vampire instincts kick in.
Tyler Lockwood
Vicki and Tyler are in a sexual relationship together. Things seem quite strained between them, with Vicki not liking the way he treats her like trash.[8]
Damon Salvatore
Vicki is one of the few people to have survived an attack by Damon. He leaves her alive after attacking her in the woods,[9] though toys with her memories afterwards as a way to torment Stefan. When this fails, he wipes her memories of both that event and his attack on her, leaving her relatively unscathed.[10] However, after prolonged starvation, Vicki is unfortunate enough to be the first human he comes across after his escape, and he attacks her again. Vicki proves to be quite stubborn, and determined to cling to life, so Damon takes her back to the boarding house with him. Stuck in the boarding house during daylight hours because he doesn't have his ring, he decides to feed her some of his blood in order to help her heal so that he can pass the time having some fun with her. The pair seem to get along and certainly have fun, and Vicki proves to find the high from Damon's blood as addictive as drugs. During their time together Vicki reveals a lot of her woes and insecurities to him, which he seems to listen to and (uncharacteristically) doesn't try to shut her up while she expresses her troubles. He decides that the best thing for solving her poor self esteem issues would be for her to become a vampire, whereupon he snaps her neck, triggering the beginning of the transformation.[11] Damon admits to changing Vicki because he was bored.
Stefan Salvatore
Stefan takes it upon himself to try and teach Vicki to live as he does on the blood of animals and not to feed on humans. He's patient and sympathetic with her, but even his patience is worn thin as she continues to ignore his advice and give in to her passions, putting the lives of many people at risk. Stefan is forced to stake her to save the lives of Elena and Jeremy Gilbert.[12]
